Mike is a high quality executive who’s experience includes senior role in the management of the workout of one of the largest Savings and Loans failures in the US in 1988 (a $30 billion portfolio), responsibility for Westpac’s secured lending operations of 2400 staff (an $80 billion portfolio) and the responsibility for 23 portfolio conversions. Mike was CEO of AFIG Operations through 2003-2005, a role that included ultimate responsibility for AFIG’s entire operational and IT environment. Mike’s commitment to Bluestone Servicing is evidenced by his $1 million commitment to the establishment of this operation. Prior to joining AFIG, Mike was responsible for Westpac’s 2,400 employee secured lending operations. Mike was appointed CEO of Bluestone Servicing Pty Ltd in Jan 2006.
Phil has extensive banking and finance industry experience, including a significant background with AFIG as Head of Operations (1995-2000) and Head of Projects & Product Development (2000-2005) during which time he managed the initial setup of Bluestone servicing as a new 3rd Party business channel within AFIG. Following a wide-ranging banking career with CBA including senior roles in commercial, corporate and institutional lending, Phil was a consultant with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, before joining Bluestone in 2006.
Brad has a Bachelor of IT in Business Information Systems and 10 years of IT experience working within the Finance industry. He has experience in both development and infrastructure focused roles working on various core banking platforms before taking responsibility for managing the Bluestone technology department.
Graham has worked in collections for the the past 28 years, working firstly at AGL and then 14 years at St George Bank where he held management roles in both bank’s collections department and at Montgomery Co-Operative, a subsidiary of the bank. He joined Bluestone in January 2003 and has become a specialist in the field of non-conforming collections. He has successfully completed an Advanced Management Certificate at TAFE and recently a Graduate Certificate in Management through AGSM.
Verity has over the 10 years experience in a number financial services role, focusing mostly on securitisation funding for various businesses. Prior to starting with Bluestone she worked at Seiza Capital where she was a founder member responsible for structuring and analysis of the Funding and establishing the Trust Management. Verity holds a Bachelor Economics with Honours in Actuarial Studies.
Keith is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience within the financial services industry. He joined Bluestone in 2003 where he has been extensively involved with the initial set up and running of various businesses and securitisation structures. He started his career with Deloittes and Moore Stephens, Chartered Accountants. Prior to Bluestone, Keith has held senior reporting roles with CGU Insurance and the MLC Group. Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University in Melbourne with double majors in Econometrics and Accountancy.
Julie is a qualified accountant and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She joined the Bluestone Trust Management team in 2005. Prior to joining Bluestone, Julie was with Citibanks Securitisation team. She also has extensive experience in Finance and Investments as Head of Financial and Management Reporting of the Colonial Mutual Group Life Insurance Company in the Philippines.
Brett has 15 years experience in the contact centre industry mainly in the outsourced contact centre space. Brett has managed contact centres for some major companies including, American Express, Wizard Home Loans, Optus, Telstra, Promina and Hewlett Packard. Brett has been with Bluestone for 3 years and played a major role in setting up the contact centre for Bluestone. Prior to starting with Bluestone Brett spent 5 years in a project management role for Salmat Pty Ltd.
